You will find below our policies on Service, Returns, Shipping, Payment, Layaway, Buying, and Privacy.  Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Service Policy

We take pride in our quality products, efficient service, quick turnaround on sales, and friendly and courteous communication.  We respond to inquiries and orders within 24 hours and go the extra mile to assure that our customers are pleased that they found us and our products.  We do our very best to accurately describe our products in great detail and call attention to any flaws.

Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction and all items to be as described or money back upon safe return of the product with all of our identifying stickers/tags/marks in place as sent.  Buyer is responsible for return postage and insurance unless item was not as described.  Please remember that all of our items are Antique and Vintage and may or may not have the usual minimal utensil marks or slight wear from normal use.  Anything of significance is duly noted in our descriptions and photographed if possible.  We strive very hard to assure the high-quality of our products and to fully disclose any significant flaws.  We must be notified of any concerns within 3 days of receipt of merchandise Rest assured that we stand behind our products and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Shipping Policy

Buyer pays postage (including signature confirmation), packing, and insurance.  We only charge at cost and generally ship small items by U. S. Postal Priority Mail or FedEx Ground Home Delivery.  Larger items require special arrangements on an individual basis.  We do not add handling charges.

Payment Policy

Payment must be received within 10 days of placing the order unless otherwise arrangedOrders not paid on time are subject to cancellation.

We take payment through PayPal, U. S. Postal Money Orders, Western Union Money Transfers, Western Union Money Orders, and personal checks payable in U. S. dollars by U. S. banks.  Checks require 10 to 14 days to clear.  All payments must be in U. S. Dollars and cleared into our account prior to shipment of merchandise.  We DO NOT accept bank wire transfers.

We cannot accept postal money orders drawn on post offices outside the U.S.  Texas residents add .0825 sales tax.  Please note that we do not take credit cards directly.  We only take credit card payments through PayPal.  Please do not send payment until we have confirmed availability of the product(s) and have advised you of the shipping costs.  Read more in our Payment Options link.

Layaway Policy

Layaways are welcome.  We are willing to work with you on a reasonable time frame and individual basis for paying out your purchase.  Down payments and time frames will vary according to total amount of purchase.  Generally, a minimum of 1/4 of the entire purchase price should be paid up front, with the balance plus shipping paid out over the agreed upon time.  Because layaway takes the item(s) off the market, layaway payments are nonrefundable.  We encourage you to be sure of your commitment and to pay the balance of your layaway in a timely manner as agreed.  We are glad to do our part to help each and every customer have a comfortable and pleasant buying experience.

Buying Policy

We receive numerous e-mails on a daily basis from individuals wishing to sell items to us.  We answer every e-mail courteously and quickly and appreciate knowing that we are being found by so many.  Before you e-mail us for this reason, please know that we prefer to buy in our local area as much as possible.  We have, however, in rare instances, made purchases from afar.  The only way we can do this, once we have come to an agreement, is for the seller to be willing to safely ship the item(s) to us, prior to payment, for our inspection and approval.  If the items are as described and meet with our approval, we would pay immediately.  Otherwise, the items would be returned to the seller.  All shipping costs are to be paid by the seller.  We would not agree to having anything shipped to us unless we were committed to purchase as long as everything is as described by the seller.  Remember, you found us and know us by our web presence.  We have no way of knowing all of the many who find us and contact us.  Thanks for your understanding and for finding us.

Privacy Policy Guarantee

We guarantee the privacy of our customers and absolutely do not share contact information or any other kind of personal information about our customers with others.  Please be assured that we keep all customer-related information and purchases in the strictest of confidence.
