"Let there be Peace on Earth, and Let it Begin with Me....."

How different the world could be if each and every human being would carry the words of that beautiful song in their hearts and practice it in their lives!!

We respectfully pray that wisdom, common sense, peace, love, tolerance, respect, and understanding of one another can and will prevail throughout the world.

May 26, 2014 Memorial Day 2014 -- In Honor and Loving Memory of all military men and women all over the world who have sacrificed their lives.  Our hearts and prayers go out to each and every person in every part of the world who has lost a loved one in whatever circumstance.  We sincerely pray for peace, love, tolerance, respect, and understanding of one another.

In Loving Memory also -- of our parents and other family members who have passed on to a better place.  I remember growing up that our Memorial Day weekend tradition every year was my parents decorating the graves of those family members no longer with us.  Starting in Kansas where we lived, we would drive hundreds of miles to the various grave sites in Oklahoma and Texas and usually not return home until very late the night before school the next day.  As the years passed, they continued that tradition every Memorial Day weekend without fail until very close to the end of their lives.  That was so important to them to show honor and respect to those loved ones, and I want to pay tribute to them for that and so much more in this small way.

Happy New Year 2014.  May this New Year be one that is Safe and Happy for all.  This day is also the Birthday of my sister who was a "New Year's" baby -- we still won't tell what year, but she does have the newspaper from that day that my parents saved for her and we found a few years ago in an old suitcase -- the bold headline of the paper says Happy New Year.  "Happy Birthday, P.A.H.!!  Hope you have a nice day today."

December 25, 2013

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays 2013 with Peace and Good Will for ALL -- Another holiday season so soon and almost another whole year -- once again, how this past year has flown by!!  We know many of you are without your loved ones.  Please know that our hearts and prayers go out to each and every person in every part of the world who has lost a loved one in whatever the circumstance, or for some other reason just cannot be with their loved ones during the holidays.  May each and every one of us stay safe and sound and find peace and happiness now and in the future.
